For many companies, customer education is a built-in problem that needs to be addressed before, during, and after a challenging product is brought to market. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the world of dietary supplements. The amount of information, misinformation, and conflicting reports can be difficult to sift through, even (and perhaps especially) when credible science enters the mix. The best ways to ensure that consumers get the maximum value and satisfaction out of their purchase and avoid outcomes is by to get feedback from your customers. The first way was via Surveys. Surveys are the bread and butter for getting feedback. They’re easy to set up, easy to send out, easy to analyze, and scale very well. There are two basic ways to approach surveys the first is Long Surveys this is what we’re most familiar with. We can send out the link to our customer list, Twitter followers, and anyone else. Then we give it a few days, check back, and have all sorts of feedback. And the second is Short Surveys on Your Site its means like we can

The entire purpose of this form is to make it really easy for our users to tell us when something isn’t working quite right. It’s available as soon as someone needs it, out of the way when they don’t, and sends their message to multiple people here. It even collects information like the account name, the URL, and browser version so we can recreate the problem and determine exactly how to fix it. When you collect feedback from your customers consistently, you’ll know if you’re building your business in the right direction. As per the Jacks story the problem was, identifying the Customer needs and wants? So probably by finding customers’ needs via feedback it could make the problem identified and fixed and also its give satisfaction to a customers who are using our products....
