Review of Business Etiquette concepts to excel in competing business world Through our presentation scheduled on December 02, 2019, we will highlight the most common business etiquette challenges faced by the employees in a business environment. Business Etiquette helps foster responsible and respectful behavior among staff & supervisors by setting a pace for better communication. The primary purpose of our presentation is to create awareness amongst the students who are still on the learning stage and are about to step out in the corporate world. The offered solutions will be useful in dealing with the problems that arise out of situations of interpersonal communication and conduct in a business place. Background: Goal and Strategy Our team researched on a nationwide survey conducted by Kessler International on business etiquettes and ethics amongst upper and mid-level management at 40 professional services firms. The survey mainly focused on employer’s views on employees’ use of personal electronic devices, dress, manners, ethics, level of respect for other employees, ability to say something & correct the situation, etc. To further expand on their results, we will be using the survey as an effective tool to communicate the importance of such etiquettes in today’s business world. The survey shows the results of a real-life setting where employers and employees feel the need for the etiquette to effectively communicate as these are the rules that aren’t meant to be broken.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
