18S-CST8288 Case Study Part 1 ( 20% of grade) Overview A console-based prototype for an application to book tutoring sessions for students You will not have enough time to fully develop the system, the intention is to give you the opportunity to apply concepts introduced in this course. Part 1 focuses on UML diagram and implementation for most of the domain objects for the prototype. Project Description You are provided with a system description and an Entity-Relation Diagram (ERD) o The implementation of classes related to the corresponding database will be in Part 2. Your tasks are to: o provide UML diagrams which correspond to the application’s : Use case diagram Class diagram Sequence diagram for the "book a session" feature o show your knowledge of design patterns by implementing: Singleton Builder Delegate o implement the business/domain objects (complete with JUnit test classes) for the entities in the ER diagram. There are 5 entities, pick any 3 You can omit the “join tables”
