For all organizations, problems will arise that may disrupt operations. Handling these problems will require a number of things including: finding out the root cause of the problem, how to solve the problem, and how to prevent the problem from happening again. The company I chose to explore is Mac Duggal and their need for a mobile application. The problem is that Mac Duggal does not have a mobile application where clients gain easier access so we will research this in order to provide convenience to clients. Mac Duggal provides software where clients are able to use such software for business needs which includes tracking progress. This software is downloaded on a computer however, most clients are on the go so the need for a mobile application is crucial to maintain client satisfaction. If a mobile application is designed, our clients can track progress on the go which makes business more convenient especially since most clients are traveling between shows. This mobile app needs to be designed and implemented in the next 90 days if we can expect to continue to serve our clients efficiently. Due to emerging technology, designing a
