1 Deja Pollard Analysis of the OJ Simpson Case Study In the issue of the processing of the crime scene, we can see that it was very poorly handled. To start off, the scene was not secured. The first responder didn’t tape off the area and photographs prior to the number of people being let in. The first responders climbed over the fence in order to gain entry and contamination played a huge factor on the evidence. Evidence was collected without the use of gloves in some cases and press personnel were let on the property when evidence wasn’t fully collected. In the trial it was shown that not all the evidence correctly portrayed the message the prosecution was trying to convey. The facts were presented effectively, but were not in favor of the prosecution. In the defense’s case, their main strategy was to just put the facts out with reliable source. To put out a truthful expert where no controversy can be presented. It was shown that the prosecution could have planted evidence against Simpson when the case was being evaluated.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
