SWOT: It is a model we think we perceive nature. The designs are in line with the world. In realism, yet, our systems are distant from expressing the physical world (Meadows, 2008). To be successful, we must cultivate ourselves by planning for future risks. Part of the strategy involves building an outline that concentrates on where the organization is now and where leading. The SWOT analyzes external (opportunities and threats) and internal (strengths and weaknesses) aspects. The Employment and Human Services Department (EHSD) can reveal the most remarkable opportunity to support the community with a report of SWOT. Objective The purpose of the SWOT Analysis is to show a vision for the Department of Employment and Human Services (EHSD) of Contra Costa County and to interpret the susceptibilities, opportunities, and challenges that could add to risk factors impacting future managerial behavior. The evaluation helps us appraise the interpretation of the EHSD: emphasize the constructive points, note areas that call for progress, and should be revised when building on advancement opportunities. The SWOT analysis shows where the business is now and where it might be. Strengths · Provide financial and medical benefits to low-income people in need · Use an interdisciplinary knowledge base. · Focus on prevention and irradiation of problems · Each year, over 100,000 citizens are helped by EHSD · Employing over 1,600 full-time employees. · Strong community outreach programs. Weaknesses · Lack of trained staff high demands and client growth.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
