Beacon Fellowship S3 DC End of the week update - 07/19

Diner’s Guide is a recently developed app that helps connect socially driven consumers with High Road certified restaurants. The hope is to influence consumers to eat at High Road establishments, thereby building a community that encourages consumers and restaurants alike to promote a high standard for restaurant workers’ labor conditions and wages. The overarching problem is that the app currently has few restaurants and virtually no active users, therefore lacks a revenue model that can sustain the app’s operation. The current Data Management Strategy only has one dedicated resource for all data processing, without the use of consistent data platforms and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Social media presence and engagement is limited — there is no target demographic or strategic roll out plan for September hard launch. Our new sustainable business model should be rooted in a new and clarified value proposition to both owners and consumers. As the restaurant and consumer bases mutually reinforce each other’s growth, we plan on incorporating all RAISE restaurants and expanding beyond the existing network as well as establishing a concrete consumer rewards program that encourages consumers to join the monthly subscription. We also plan to propose a new data management strategy that ensures high data quality, consistency, & enrichment in an agile way, including the integration of AI to capture data and avoid manual data-entry. We plan to develop a campaign plan that increases customer interaction and growth by revamping social media platforms. Partnering with Social Justice

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
