I am currently employed as a student assistant in the Career Services Center at Georgia State University. I accepted this position because of the emphasis on customer service and clerical work, which align with my previous work experience. Since I am an undergraduate student, I want to take advantage of the educational and job opportunities that my school has to offer. My goal as an undergraduate is to obtain a job that will afford me the opportunity to hone in on my current skillset and acquire new skills. Working in customer service for five years has given me the opportunity to exercise my time management skills, practice my communication skills with customers, and work well with others.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
