INTRODUCTION Change is the law of nature . Everything changes with time . So ,Change in organization is very important . Society, community, and family are all conserving institutions. They try to maintain stability and to prevent, or at least to slow, change. But the modern organization is a destabilizer.

WHY CHANGE? Helps in growth and prosper . Without change business will loose competitive edge and fail to meet customer’s need . Help achieving agility . Easy to embrace change rather to fight it .

HOW TO ACHIEVE IT Every organization must de-vote itself to creating the new. There are three ways of doing it : The first is continuing improvement of every-thing the organization does, the process the Japanese call kaizen. Second, every organization will have to learn to exploit its knowledge, that is, to develop the next generation of applications from its own successes.
