Executive Summary This document is a proposal to systematically investigate Schlesinger Group’s marketing and compensation methods for attracting qualified niche respondents for research studies. The proposal contains market research, recommended stakeholder analysis, experimental design, and implications for Schlesinger Group’s future business development. With these methods, we want to perform an analysis on factors that affect niche respondents’ participation rates. Objectives The goals of the research experiment are to: Utilize a methodical, scientific approach to better understand our niche respondents Identify key factors that predict how likely or unlikely niche respondents will participate in our studies Implement strategies to increase our volume of qualified niche respondents Uphold Schlesinger Group’s goals and values while enhancing the business development strategy Keys to Success Provide quality service to clients and respondents High client and respondent satisfaction and retention Keep up with marketing trends Follow through with proposed alterations in the marketing and advertisement process

Schlesinger Group Inquiry Schlesinger Group is a $50 to $100 million-dollar marketing research firm with a workforce of 501 to 1000 employees. We are a firm that specializes in qualitative and quantitative data collections, and we are also a client service-oriented firm, so what we do is support research studies for clients who come to our office and conduct group and one on one research studies on various topics, such as healthcare, finance, technology, business finance, and consumer marketing, etc. Our job is to provide quality customer service to both clients and respondents so as to ensure that we maintain a positive reputation and increase client and participant retention rates and develop long-lasting, business relationships with new and old clients. One of the most important key factors in maintaining and increasing client satisfaction is having qualified respondents who are knowledgeable on their research study topic and can interact well with clients.
