(2) The left atrium undergoes atrial fibrillation with stasis of blood and clot formation. Thrombolytic, aspirin, surgical thrombectomy Hemorrhagic Stroke Motor and sensory loss, weakness, paralysis, aphasia, severe headache with changing level of consciousness Cerebral artery rupture Decrease cerebral edema with IV mannitol or hypertonic saline.
