To determine any issue in the workplace from the staff perspective, whether they feel too much stresses, in order to be able to act. 4. 4. List 3 pieces of information you may need to supply to management when making a written submission for approval of a new position. When writing to Management about a new position, it is important to: - Understand and take into consideration strategic goals for the company. - Conduct a quick analysis of why a new staff is needed - Conduct a Job Analysis if this position will be new to your department. This will also help to identify gaps.
