The one who will be involved is required to identify the unforeseen problems. In conclusion, risk assessment is only done to determine the possibility of an event happening. There is a need to assess risk at different levels to know the scale of the impact if they occur. When carrying risk assessment, we identify the hazard, decide who might be harmed and how, evaluate the risk, and decide control measures, implement the findings, and finally 3 review the assessment.
