PHASE 1: The Business issue Problem In our company, we have one major issue that we want to address. That is, we want to find qualified niche respondents, very specific demographic groups, to participate in our research studies. We know that we have a hard time attracting qualified niche respondents for very specific research studies, but why? Possible explanations: Maybe we need to change how we compensate niche respondents or the types of advertisement mediums that we use to attract respondents.
