SELF REFLECTION 1 Page 1 Many find it easier to talk about their strengths, I find my weaknesses much easier to explore. To me, talking about my strengths is bragging, and I don’t like to brag about myself but I can go on for decades about my faults. First is Loyalty. I would always have a waiting list on people wanting to transfer into my unit. I was told it was because I respected and took care of my troops. If some other decided it was their job to discipline my troops, I made sure proper attitude adjustments were made to this other and took it to their supervisor. If there is a problem with my troops you bring it to me and stay in your paygrade. Second is honesty. It doesn’t matter if, as they say these days, I should have lied, I WILL NOT. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
