I need to work on my temperance, patience, understanding, being judgmental, and being so black and white about everything. I have been told it’s from spending so many years in law enforcement and investigations that I have developed these jaded judgements and personality styles. I am not sure, but I know they are there and try daily to change them. Only two things can change the essence of a man, that mans desire to change and time. To remain in constant check with your inner demons and angles, keeps you balanced. When you are balanced you excel in any leadership position you undertake. Nobody is perfect, even Christ fell three times, so don’t try to be. You will fray the ends of your sanity. Strive for greatness, maintain honor, and in the end, you may just do it right.
