The first thing that screams for attention is security awareness training itself is missing. This screams from top to bottom that there is not a lack, but a total absence of, awareness. To remedy this will require a few simple steps. These will be explained in greater detail, but the first step is to determine the content of the different levels, the frequency, and the stipulations of missing the training. The items to be discussed in the training classes will range from basically opening your eyes to prevention. This sounds simplistic and it is. Being aware of your environment is a huge first step towards security. The simple mindset of trust nobody has to be indoctrinated. Simple practices to be followed that make huge strides in conditioning employees to thinking prevention over reaction. Employees will be taught to lock their screen anytime they are not actively using it and especially when they are away from the terminal.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
