JULIA’S PSYCHOLOGICAL TREATMENT PLAN Julia’s Psychological Treatment Plan Introduction According to the American Psychological Association Presidential Task Force on Evidence- Based Practice (2006), clinical together with counseling are some of the vital steps that have priority in undertaking various individuals through different therapies. The strategies applied have been researched by multiple theorists. They have come up with an appropriate mode of developing a suitable treatment plan for different individuals depending on their problems and needs. During the process that entails physiological treatment, there are essential concepts that are common in consideration. There is a presentation of the theoretical orientation that forms a basic unit in the treatment. The next step is the presentation of the evidence-based practices in the system that mainly involves looking at the case study presented for analysis (American Psychological Association Presidential Task Force on Evidence-Based Practice, 2006). Meanwhile, the clients mainly offer their needs that serve as a guide in the presentation of the treatment plan needed. Another section that forms part and parcel of the implemented of the treatment plan involves the introduction of behavioral characteristics of the client, goals, and objective of implementation together with the diagnosis intervention. In this paper, the primary emphasis would have a basis of the clinical response and application of the clinical interventions in the treatment of the Julia problems that had faced her while she was in college.

JULIA’S PSYCHOLOGICAL TREATMENT PLAN Behaviorally Definition of the Symptoms of the Client The client who is presenting information is having a challenge concerning her heavyweight due to her eating habits. The individual had used the mode of losing weight through the reduction of the amount of food taken in by her. At the same time, the individual had eliminated some intakes of the food substance that were known for raising the weight of any given individual. Due to such, the individual has ended up becoming thin to an unexpected level. The above has been a challenge to both Julia, parents, and friends. In the view of the parents, her mother was much concerned about the health of Julia and the issue that made her consult the family doctor for help. In addition to such, she also ended up coming with an idea of consulting Julia's coach for the consultation of whatever was happening with her daughters' health. However, Julia felt like convincing her mother though her mother seemed not to understand the idea beyond Julia's mission in heightening the performance in athletics as she knew the essential part she played in the team. Meanwhile, Julia had a challenge in eating before the eyes of the teammate, an issue
