2 There are four theories in emotion biopsychology. They are the Darwin theory, James- Lange theory, Cannon-Bard theory, all based on the limbic system. Darwin biopsychology consist of a belief of human facial expressions was associated with animals emotions. Darwin believed human and animal emotions were very relevant to one another. The brain mechanisms were signals received from the nerves in a person body trigged by the human mind. James-Lange believed that biopsychology theories were based on human triggers and stimuli which were incorporated by the bodies’ cortex. James-Lange found the bodies’ nervous system played a major part of the emotions of the bodies’ biopsychology. The brain mechanism

Cannon-Bard shared some views of James-Lange but drew a vast despair from James-Lange stated that biopsychology is driven by three major emotional factors such as the autonomic, somatic, and stimulus part of the body. The brain mechanism is involved with this theory involved driven by certain parts of the human body being stimulated. Limbic System believed the biopsychology was believed to be controlled by several interconnected nuclei and tracts that ring the thalamus.
