Many Project Managers handle more than one project at a time. Project managers must take up
multiple projects only if they think they have the time and resources to handle multiple projects.
Project Managers have to be careful while looking after multiple projects because they would
lose professionalism if they cannot handle their projects efficiently. Higher officials assign
project managers multiple projects if they think he/she could handle them efficiently.

Areas relating to Project Management:
Managing Shared Resources
Staying on Schedule
These are the two areas which relate to project management issues. Sometimes the resources
could be very little and that we might need to share them. Carefully planning out resources is a
must in doing multiple projects. Managers should identify the amount of resources each project
