1.03 Case Study: Tragedy of the Commons Pollution is a major issue in the world and has been for decades now, if not centuries. Though coming up with a full-time solution for this is inevitable problem has proven to be difficult and maybe even useless, finding a solution is still key in making the world a better more sustainable and healthier environment. If I were to choose a solution that I could suggest to my city council at a town hall meeting as a step in the long process of ending pollution permanently, I would have to go with Option C which is to establish a local ordinance forbidding pollution. Choosing this as a solution would introduce an immediate effort in restricting pollution and all of its negative effects. Creating an ordinance would most likely stop many individuals from littering and leaving trash on the ground in general, and it would hopefully promote people to pick up trash when seen. It is important to make consequences for those who don’t respect the ordinance, and forcing the concept of recycling to

Forcing enormous organizations and little ones to reuse is likewise a significant advance that the city council ought to get behind. Constraining reusing would put trash, for example, plastic, paper, glass and different substances to be able to be reused as opposed to having pointless waste, futile waste anyway could be stuffed into dump trucks and get degraded and separated by trash class in landfills. Making a move this way and doing genuine deeds with the trash lying around is the beginning of us being the change we'd like to see on the planet and ending pollution....
