Project Name: Chase-Keys Wedding Project Overview: This project is for the Missy Keys and Michael Chase wedding for October 3, 2020. The project will plan the requirements for successful execution of the ceremony and reception. Wedding location will be Las Vegas, Nevada on a $41,500 budget cap for 100 guests. Venue includes food, soft drinks, beer and wine bar, cash bar for hard liquor, and DJ entertainment with playlist, ceremony and reception upgrades as stated, invitations, and complete project management and oversight in these areas. . Project Scope. In Scope Criteria The scope statement lists deliverables or what the project will cover. The “in scope items are what the project will provide. “Outlining acceptance criteria that must be met can help ensure that each project activity brings the team closer to its ultimate goal”. (Feldsher, 2016). Out of Scope Criteria As the scope statement defines the deliverables, it also defines products or services not included in the project.
