It is obvious that this change throws a shadow over the global business environment and all of the works in which the organizations, large or small, service or productivity, public or private, all-alike standing in front of an established fact that that does not change and stays in place will be his fate failure and exit empty-handed. This is what makes the change from a

primary key to the success of organizations and the cause of excellence competitive because it works on the demolition of traditional management ideas, and establishes for the construction of modern management concepts calls for innovation and creativity, renounces the deadlock. But this kind of change requires accurate planning and severe, and require monitoring of the various aspects affected by the change in the organization, and on the other hand, should take care to approve this change with the demands and challenges of the environment and organizational, and as the organization in the first and the last is a group of individuals, requiring those who change to pay attention to human and cultural side. The success of the change depends on a deep understanding of the various aspects of the change and its objectives and conviction of individuals with this change and their participation in it, and through all this we can say that the success of the process of change in the organization depends on effective change management and dealing well with the people and win them over in her class, and still benefit from the resistance to change, It is to help them edit and change them more effective programs.
