The Blood Drive Joshua Gomez P.1 9/11/18 This is a difficult question. Obviously it’s very ambiguous, because all you know is you lost a lot of blood, to the point where you could die. You don’t know how or why. You’re in an unknown country, be it rich or poor, that doesn’t have the systems in place that America does as far as donating and receiving blood from others. This country could have worse, better, or adequate policies in place for donating blood. I probably need more information. Nevertheless, I will give my best attempt to tread the roaring waters that are this exuberating question. In a situation where my family and I go to an unplanned, unknown location, with the sole purpose of extracting the inner essences of another unknown, unclassified person, for my own personal health and well being. In a situation where I am impaled beyond the synthetic embrace of a simple band-aid or piece of duct tape, causing my circulatory system’s swift and inevitable demise. In this situation, I would do nothing.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
