Katelyn Cisneros Dr. Weckerly Intro to Philosophy July 20, 2016 Philosophy of Life There are so many aspects that go into forming your own philosophy on life. Webster’s dictionary describes philosophy as the study of ideas about knowledge, truth, the nature and meaning on life. It’s a big concept to evaluate for oneself. Ill discuss the meaning of life and my outlook on this world. My philosophy can be broken down into standards, hopes and fears, and goals. A standard is something that is set as what I accept as normal. Everyday life standards can include how we dress, maybe what we eat, or our behavior. Each day I set a standard to look presentable. Presentable is different for everyone, my presentable includes a shower, brushed hair and teeth, clean clothes, and some make up. It makes me feel good to get ready for the day. I like to go with the saying “Look good, feel good’. The standard I set for eating is to always have breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it usually holds me over until late lunch or even dinner with a snack here and there. Standard behavior for me is to treat everyone I come across with kindness and respect. I never act intimidated towards people because no one is
