The Way is defined as “ The originator of all things, It is the Mother of all things”. The article does not define how permanent or how limited the Dao is, only saying that the Dao is “the producer of all things” and that all laws stem from the Dao. 2. Does the Way Acknowledge Absolute Right and Wrong? a. No. The way mentions ways to act and puts an emphasis on wuwei , “Actionless activity” as well as to tell people to “renounce sageness and discard piety”. While the way acknowledges traits that are hindering mankind, it never truly acknowledges an absolute right and wrong. 3. What Is Wuwei and How does It Function? a.
