Discuss the positives and negatives of the jury system as portrayed in 12 Angry Men.Give 2-3 specific examples per side. Positives of Jury SystemNegatives of Jury System●It’s good to have a difference of opinion in a debate so that it can open a type of argument in order to discuss all sides of the case●There are some clear-minded individuals who can keep the discussion going in order to give the case the analysis that it deserves●While I was apprehensive that all thejurors were white men, I appreciate that they all come from diverse backgrounds and sparked good debates amongst themselves based on it (good moral and factual based discussion/debate)●In that day and age, there wasn’t much variety (as it appears); all of the jurors are white males. Though depending on the case, this could beconsidered good or bad. In my opinion, a lack of diversity is not good.●Some cases don’t have a sort of “thrill” aspect to them; these cases are at risk of the jurors not paying attention to it as much as may be needed to give an accurate verdict. In any situation, a person may not be paying attention anyway. However, in this case, with it being amurder, the jurors were more inclined to pay attention.
