Memorandum To: US Bicycle Team Trainer From: Mediocre Stats 250 Student Date: March 14th, 2018 Subject: Chocolate and Distance Bicycle Trainer, We are treating this experiment with a sample size of 9 male bicyclists for the Tour De France as a crossover experiment. This means that all the sample bicyclists will eventually take both treatments so that we can compare the effects of both white and dark chocolate on the distance traveled in meters. There are many benefits to using a crossover design. One of these is that each subject of the experiment acts as their own control because confounding covariates will have less influence on the outcome. According to the statistics, it shows that adding dark chocolate to your diet can be beneficial. First, we should compare the p-values of white chocolate and dark chocolate. A p-value is the probability of finding the observed, or more extreme, result if the null hypothesis is actually true.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
