Elizabeth Freeman Mrs. Dyer Journalism 3-20-18 Simply Snackable-Feature story Little fingers delightfully pick a part a colorful plate with hints of red, green, and orange. The colorful plate, called the Pepper Palm Tree, was a result of red and green pepper slices and orange carrots. While most parents struggle to get their infants to taste such healthy edibles, the parent of this particular child chose to mix creativity with healthiness to institute a healthy diet within her daughter. Little did her mother know that these recipes would be the basis of a published book. A healthy snack book “Simply Snackable”, created by freshman Lindsay William, will be published in local bookstorres on March 15. “If my mom would have given me a spinach salad when I was a child, I know I would not have eaten it,” Williams said. “Instead, she gave me a spcinach leaves with little bugs which were raisins and cranberries. I hope this book will inspire more kids to eat healthy.”

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
