RISK - Contractors not completing work on time - contractors go bankrupt during project, lose employees, or might have to let go due to poor work. IMPACT - depending on which portion of the project, it could hault the project until new workers are hired and vetted. MITIGATED - being prepared with quotes from other contractors when project was created. Being able to pull in a new contractor and making sure the funds are available for situations like this. RISK - Vandalism/ Crime during project and after - Due to the openess of the ongoing project, there can always be the risk of vandalism or theft, and of course with any public spaces there is always a risk of crime IMPACT - could set back the timeline on getting phases of the project complete depending on how bad. Also community worried about crime coming to the neighborhood MITIGATED - Everyday when work is complete, make sure everything is locked up and properly stored with security cameras on site.
