AIM OF CAPTURE PLANNING The aim of Capture Planning is to position the customer to prefer your organization and your solution to the exclusion of competitors, or at least prefer to do business with your organization. TYPES OF CORPORATE PLANNING Written action-oriented capture plan Presentation- based plan A Capture planning best practice is to prepare a written action-oriented capture plan, but many organizations select presentation-based plans instead, primarily because they are easier to prepare, review and update collaboratively than the written capture plan. The more up to date, comprehensive and complete the capture plan, the better those work products will be.
