One of the memories I have from my childhood are dinners with my whole family. Whether it was Sunday, Christmas Eve, or New Years Eve dinner; we all enjoyed ourselves. They were always held at my grandma’s house. She always prepared the meals for us. One of the food items that I remember always requesting was her jello. It was orange jello on the bottom with a little less water than usual mixed with whipped cream, a block of cream cheese, and mandarian oranges. She let that set and then made the top layer right on top of the orange. It consisted of just plain lime jello. She let that set, and then it was ready to serve. The different colors, different textures, and all of the different flavors mixed together make it really fun to eat.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
