Business Law 2 Abstract The case presented is one that requires review and examination of many legal principals, precedents, and probabilities. On superficial review, there are many relevant legal issues that hold probable presumptions of wrong-doing. In the prosecutorial review of the case, it is important to consider many legal areas of consideration to decide the most appropriate interpretation of the applicable law that could reasonably be upheld in 3 rd party review or appeal. Case for The Plaintiff (Ms. Prudence Pimply) To establish Ms. Prudence Pimply as the defendant in this case review, it should first be establish that there is indeed a case of tort present. Through examination and review, it can be sustained that there were substantiated acts of both intentional tort and unintentional tort that took place in the incident at Dunfee Hall. Assuming the information provided in the evidence file was matter of fact, one member of the Student Fair Tuition (Mr. Steve Steel) took part in many acts of intentional tort. As defined in the text, intentional tort ‘requires that the defendant possessed the intent to do the act that caused the plaintiff’s injuries.’ (Cheeseman, 2013, p. 85) . The standards were met to qualify an act of assault when Mr. Steel slapped the phone out of Prudence’s hand. While there was no
