Cohen Pannell Customer Relationship Management Customer relationship management is a way to manage a company’s interactions with current and potential customers. The company uses data analysis about its customers’ history. We use this data to build customer relationships. Building relationships with our customers ultimately drives up profits. The customer relationship management approach uses data from various channels including websites, phone calls, email, live chat, and social media. Using the customer relationship management our company can learn more about our target audience and help best cater to their needs. Our company uses customer relationship management to build relationships with our customers. When we build these relationships with our customers, our customers build relationships amongst themselves. This helps build customer retention. Our company, along with our customers, feel as one big family. The customers have a relationship with our company as well as the other customers. This is our customer relationship management
