1. School and College Facility Bonds a. The proposition is going to give $15billion for school and colleges in California. b. The group that supports “yes” are people working in the school district, and it is good because the schools will have extra money in which they can use resourcefully. They will have plenty of money so they will be able to have better working environments. c. “No” is someone who may get their money taken away in order for this to work like higher taxes. No is good because taxes might raise and is a lot of money to provide all the schools with $15billion. d. Based on my research, I would vote yes because according to the schools, most of the money will be used to fix the schools buildings and education It would be used wisely. 2. Rent Control Initiative a. The proposition would let local governments adopt rent control on housing units if you are not the first occupied within the 15 years and the owners of the units. b. The group that supports “yes” would be the government, and that is because they will get to lower or raise the rent however they want. c. The group for “no” would be the people because they can raise the rent a lot, and might be kicked out of homes. d. I support no because I believe it is unfair that the government gets to have the choice, and can lead to an increase in homelessness. 3. California Alimony Limited to Five Years Initiative a. The proposition limits the amount of years you get support after a divorce.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
