UN strives on supporting other organizations that are on the frontline in matters regarding health. With the advancement in technology in the 21st century, the severe menace of disease and epidemics has been put under control. However, in the less developed nations which mostly depend on foreign aid, progress in their health sector is unsustainable; hence breakage of illness is usually tragic. Under such circumstances is where a transnational organization comes into the rescue of such countries. Founded in 1945 the creators of International Monetary Fund (IMF) believed the body would help LCDs member nations to adjust to disequilibrium in the balance of payments. From articles one, two and three the response of IMF to the public health crisis in third world countries is beneficial, but it also has some effect. Although the primary objective of IMF is to prevent currency crises, the problem remains to be common in the international exchange system. And if a disaster has occurred, the organization resolves them swiftly by controlling their severity and preventing any systemic implications. The breakage of catastrophes turns into prolonged crises because authorities delay the necessary alteration of the exchange rate for too long. The advice that IMF gives to nations under such disasters is that they hasten the adjustment of the exchange rate. The involvement of IMF reduces the likelihood of a crisis.
