NURSING 2 PART I In my perspective, spirituality is how I react to the environment. It is finding the right balance in life and meaning to what revolves around me. This would incorporate looking for comfort in praying, meditation, including conversing with the family members. For me, I consider family to be very significant since it is where I draw the strength. I exercise spirituality by being in tune with my emotions while considering other people’s needs and serving those around me. Serving, forgiving, and accepting an individual’s family members may not be problematic as contrasted with others. In this case, it can be very easy for individuals to judge and detach from what happens around them.
