Scheduling Administrative System The system covers meetings, scheduled phone calls, company events and company outings. The scheduling details are recorded through the Calendar function in Microsoft Outlook. The levels of significance to the company are numbered from 1-5 with 1 being the most priority and 5 being the least priority. Filing Administrative System The filing system Bounce Fitness follows a numerical and chronological system which means that the sequence of the files depends on when the file was made. The data of the filing system is stored in a shared Google Sheets for all relevant employees to be able to update the files database of the organisation.
