Assessment 1 Task 2 1. List the symptoms that indicate a problem is developing in your organization. The symptoms are conflicting between employees, lack of willingness to help others and misguiding the others against any individual to launch complaints on top of the management. 2. Describe the relationship difficulties you encounter as part of the problem. When a relationship difficulty occurs in workplace it makes the situation hard to handle. When an employee finds his co employee criticizing him like Jim then working as a team becomes difficult. Basically, the department performance level goes down when it happens. 3. Describe who the problem affects, analyses the extent of the problem and determine its consequences if it is not resolved. The problem affects the whole environment of work. A conflict between two workers of an organization cannot lead the company to success. When an employee provokes the others to complaint against other staff then the workflow gets interrupted.
