INTRODUCTION The process of learning planning comprises the analysis of learning desires of students, the definition of education targets, the strategy of the sequence of events and tasks aimed at promoting the development of cognitive education of learners and the plan of assessing and reflecting learning outcomes [ CITATION Jal07 \l 1033 ][ CITATION Pan05 \l 1033 ]. The cognitive activation of students is taken into account in a high-quality course plan and modified to preconditions. A course strategy that takes explanation of student cognitive activation is categorized by profound, knowledge-build and appliance tasks [ CITATION Bau10 \l 1033 ] [ CITATION Ful14 \l 1033 ][ CITATION Neu \l 1033 ]. The course plan adapted to the requirements of the student's previous knowledge and skills will be characterized by a different course [ CITATION Cor08 \l 1033 ][ CITATION Liy10 \l 1033 ][ CITATION Ste14 \l 1033 ]. In planning and delivering a lesson, it takes into explanation the various abilities, skills, preferences and benefits of learners. A learning plan adapted to the needs of a student provides a variety of alternative learning environments. Impact of Lesson Planning on Students Performance 2 One of the main methods of decision is the use of feedback data on student performance generated externally. Feedback from outside evaluations of student performance gives teachers info on how far learning aims and educational ethics have been achieved. There are extensive investigation reports that show the confident impact of response on the performance of students ([ CITATION Iro08 \l 1033 ].Motivated by positive response on learning students, representatives and researchers call upon teachers to use their performance data as a basis for education decision. For example, policy makers argue that only the basis for educational decisions on student data is the only way to increase student achievement [ CITATION Sch101 \l 1033 ] The Netherland school p. The United States NCLB urges countries to adopt test-based responsibility systems to enhance student performance (Marsh, Pane and Hamilton, 2006). The United States National Cultural and Education Ministers Conference calls for reviews on education testing, quality assurance and growth of educational training. Moreover, research reports demonstrate that it is important for educational choices and planning lessons from detailed studies to be used for evaluating results. [ CITATION Kna06 \l 1033 ].
