RESEARCH PAPER 2 Abstract The project cost and schedule are discussed by answering a series of questions including the probability of the project being completed in 32 weeks or less, the process to take when a project is shortened by 4 days, and the implication of changes within a project. Project’s within a production environment are examined as well as the application of project cost and timing concepts for a firm’s business operations. The findings in this research can help determine the best path to take for future projects because it identifies the need for communication and proper planning, as well as the implications when the project falls behind schedule or over budget.

RESEARCH PAPER 3 Research Paper When it comes to managing a project, it is important to understand all of the different components that are used to ensure the project’s completion on time and within budget. It is also important to know that with every project, there are risks and variances involved that if not carefully monitored, could stall the project and cost the company more time and money than initially planned. Knowing the costs, the deadline, the critical path, variances within that critical path, and having risks assessed and planned for in advance, are great ways to prevent issues that will steer the project off course.
