A Deep Analysis of Importance of ECE System in Pakistan 1 CHAPTER 1 1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 Study of background Education throughout the globe is acknowledged as the most important and sole tool of social and financial growth (UNESCO, 2010; Pakistan Govt., 2009). In the 21st century, estimating a country's situation is not the number of natural assets and petroleum reserves but the number of its learners and educators (Laghari, 2012). The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973 focussed and pledged the provision of schooling under Article 37(B). Article 26(1) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UNESCO, 2008) also coincides with the constitutional clause. Write here anything you want. The government is to provide quality schooling to our kids and adolescents in accordance with the National Policy on Education (2009). The issue now is where are we in the community of countries in schooling? Each nation should respect global obligations in letter and spirit to an appropriate position in the global fora in the context of globalization. The Pakistani government has signed several global agreements aimed at ensuring that individuals are provided with literacy and fundamental schooling (UNESCO, 2010). It adds to the financial well- being of community through the development of human resources (Bennett 2011). Early-childhood students have stronger educational achievement, good retaining capacity (McKey et al., 1985), superior quality and advantages than those who attend college at a disadvantage (Karoly, Kilburn & Cannon, 2005). Pre-primary schooling (3-5) becomes the basis for developing abilities and abilities (Zero to Three, 2009). Children in this era shape principles, behaviours, and learn to make sense of behaviors and deeds (Syed, Asif, & Yousaf, 2011). Unesco and UNICEF (2012) state "There is a critical chance for the optimization of children's development by a mixed effect of educational and care, hygiene, diet, safety and stimulus due to the fast neural links between brain development and growth." Briefly, ECCE is quickly changing children's behavioral, mental, social and physical growth (Elliott, 2006). Early infancy school in Pakistan is widely considered as a katchi and pre-school classes, playground etc. Since the start of the government's college scheme in Pakistan it has been operational.
