There are 42 condominiums on the Gulf view list and 20 condominiums on the No Gulf view list. Each report lists their condominiums list price, sale price and days to sell. From the Histogram chart, we can see there are about 15 Golf view condominiums took 102 days to get sold. And about 24% of the condominium sold less than 58 days, 21% of them took 147 days to get sold and only 7% took more than 200 days to get sold. On the other side for No Gulf view condominiums, it seems even quicker to get them sold. The data shows that 9 out of 20 condominium took only 121 days to get sold and about 90% of them could be sold within 193 days; only 2 condominium sold more than 266 days. From the descriptive statistic chart, we figure out that the mean sales price of Gulf view house is \$454,688, the highest sales price is

Let us see the other side for No Golf view houses, the average sales price for No Gulf view condominium is \$ 203,520, the highest sales price is \$ 292,500 and the lowest selling price is \$135,500; the average days to sell is 130 days. The fastest day the one get sold it only took 48 days and the longest one took 338 days. Gulf Real Estate just signed contracts for two new listings: a Gulf view condominium with a list price of \$589,000, from the data analysis, I estimate the final selling price would be \$570,000 and around 93 days required to sell it. For the Non Golf view condominium with a list price of \$285,000 I estimate the final selling price is \$275000 and could require 135 days to sell the units....
