Zeitlands desire for change in the company culture are due to the fact of the growing amount of younger workforce, changing trends, and also technology. The company must learn how to adapt to the everchanging environment by knowing first the critical things that they should address before determining steps into solving or improving. 2. Aside from the work performance of Cam Leslie , They should start by supervising Cam more. Although Mr. Leslie being equipped and fit in the role of the manager as explained Zeitland has met Cam and thinks he is a nice guy, a hard worker, intelligent and dedicated. Based on the Exhibit 3.7. Cam would fall on the Quadrant A. which means high performance and low culture skills/ values. The managers meet performance goals but fail to uphold cultural values. I recommend cam should have more empathy. Being empathetic will give Cam a chance to understand, relate, and be sensitive to his staff. Also, he should try to be more defensive for his staff so they can feel more secure and open to him as a manager.
