Fear of public speaking can be caused by many factors mainly anthropophobia, poor of preparation and lacking experience. Firstly, anthropophobia is a fear of crowd or crowded places. The most common symptom are feeling panic while being around people, rapid heartbeat and trembling and so on. Insufficient of preparation is the second factor that can create fear in public speaking. For example, if you do not study for your tomorrow exam, you potentially may not do well on your paper and this is no one to blame on, but yourself. Thirdly, another factor that keeps up from being a good public speaker is Language barrier.
