March 21, 2019March Head’s Meeting ReflectionThe March Head’s Meeting was quite interesting. My group and I decided to have a theme of “around the world” and include dishes from different cultures. But, it didn’t start that way. We began brainstorming ideas and thought we should do a “healthy diet” theme. We decided on vegan brownies and keto cheesecake. Initially, we thought it was a really good idea but then realized that wecouldn’t find a good diet to do for our third dish. We ended up scratching that idea and were struggling to think of a creative theme for a while. Tara and I then thought of the “around the world” theme and wanted to do dishes from different cultures that our group mates are from (Indian, Persian, Pakistan, Chinese, etc.). We came up with the idea of kebab/skewers (veg and non-veg), vegetable cutlets, and a cheesecake. Once we brought these ideas to the group, they were saying how cutlets
