1.Baddeley’s working model contains 4 parts:1. central executive: shifts the attention from one module toanother. 2. visuo-spatial sketch pad: holds and manipulates mentalimages. 3. phonological loop: holds auditory information for fewseconds or rehearses information in a loop.4. episodic buffer: recreate an episodic experience from LTM byadding chronological order with the help from the othermodules.3-box model of memory storage is simpler than Baddeley’smodel.Information is filtered from sensory register to STM, which hasa limited capacity of 7+2 items and retains information for 20-30 seconds after which the information is forgotten. However,Baddeley does not include the capacity or duration in his model.3-box model also indicates that STM is involved in theconscious process of memory in which information in STM canthen be transferred into LTM. Moreover, 3-box model do notcontain concept of different components of STM which workindependently or together at the same time, or which can occupymore attention than other components.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
