A. What are your thoughts on Fridman's overall argument? Do you agree or disagree with him? Why? Yes, I do agree with his general statement that we need people who dedicate themselves to learning and have a thirst for knowledge. This is need to drive us technologically forward and gain scholarly achievements. However there is some underlying tones of him putting people who don’t down. If we put people who don’t have the same urge to learn down they’re going to feel even more disdain towards the topic. B. Compare essay responses 2A (which scored an 8), 2B (which scored a 6), and 2C (which scored a 2). Consider the scoring commentary and rubric provided for you. What are the strengths and weaknesses of each essay? 2A provides a good understanding of grammar, and knowing how to conduct an essay while still not being without flaws. There are few times where the student had small grammar or spelling mistakes, but they were only minor flaws. 2B has a good grip on their argument, however their grammar and sentence
