Written work is complete but essential information is missing and/or not accurate. U = Unsatisfactory – Performance is unsafe and/or the student fails to meet the objective. Written work is incomplete or not handed in. To PASS Adult-Health Clinical the student must be rated by the instructor as satisfactory on at least six (6) objectives and receive no more than three (3) needs improvement ratings and one (1) unsatisfactory rating.
