BYOD precisely affects all individuals within an organization from the organization CEO to the hourly worker. BYOD struggle has come the moment when IT departments are struggling to stay at the top of the constant changes in technology. BYOD initiative precisely encourages employees within an organization to work with their own devices in accessing their organization email and viewing organization documents using their tablets and phones.
