Question 1: Describe the models of community power. At least 75 words in length. Power in new heaven, the pluralist model, power in the Middletown, and the elite model are the models of community power. Pluralist power and elite power are the most popularly recognized models of community power. The elite model of community power is precisely concentrated within the hands of a few amount of people within then communi9ty while the pluralist model of community power is a polycentric structure of power and usually has different leaders who handle the different issues that arise with bargaining, competition and even a bit of power sharing between the leaders. Question 2: Define the roles of city managers and mayors. At least 75 words in length. In most cases, city managers view themselves as the policy managers and even as the administrative manager’s within the city. The roles of city managers are widely spread from providing leadership to the community all the way to municipals bureaucracy supervision. Additionally, city managers and mayors are the ones who are in charge of the city council
